How do I know the size of each piece?
Each piece's dimensions are listed in the description, usually width x height.
How much does shipping cost?
Currently, one item ships at a flat rate of $8.50, with an additional $2 per subsequent item.
Do you offer local pick-ups?
Yes! Local pick-up will be in the San Gabriel Valley. Simply choose the Customer Pickup option when checking out, and we'll email you to arrange a date and time.
What payment options do you accept?
Mastercard/Visa through Stripe payments is used on the online site. Instagram DM at @kuzustudio for Venmo information.
When will my piece arrive?
Due to the holiday season, shipping timelines have increased. However, your piece will be shipped out within 2-4 business days of the order being placed, and each order will be provided a tracking number for updates on the location of your item.
How do returns/refunds work?
All sales are final unless the piece arrives broken, in which case you must reach out within three days of arrival to request a refund at [email protected]. Please take photos of and save all packaging as well as the broken item.
What kind of packaging materials do you use?
We're ever-evolving and doing our best in using sustainable packaging, from biodegradable peanuts, to paper-based packaging materials. You can rest assured that any plastic used is foraged or recycled from other packages.
Do you take custom orders?
